I think we could use an introduction to the cow blog. You know, something that talks about what kind of cow it is, where the farm is, etc. Does the cow have a name? These are things I'd like to know.
It began with a simple question: "Who wants to go in on part of a cow?" After endless emails and brave rainy nighttime deliveries from Phil "The Meat Man" Rooney, we are now enjoying meat from Mitch's family farm.
